DISRUPTON TO ROUTES DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER
Due to the severe weather forecast for Friday 24th January 2025, we have made the difficult decision to suspend services due to take place on the 23rd and 24th January in the following areas:
North West England
Southern Scotland
Western Scotland
Central Scotland
Fife
Aberdeen & Angus
Midlothian
North East England
Northern Ireland
It is our intention to reschedule all deliveries for the weekend of 25th January,
Any deliveries due to take place on the 23rd will now be delivered on Saturday the 25th
Deliveries scheduled for the 24th will take place on the 26th.
The originally time window will not change.

WHY IS MY DELIVERY BEING RESCHEDULED
In the interest of safety for our drivers and your consignment, we have decided to suspend services until the weather warning expires.
MY DELIVERY IS ON THE 23rd, WHY CHANGE IT FOR A WARNING ON THE 24th?
Our long distance routes are planned over 2 days with deliveries taking place in the affected areas. As our driver has to stay out overnight, in the interest of safety, we do not want our drivers being on the road during the severe weather or attempting to deliver items when it is not safe to do so.
CAN I RESCHEDULE?
Yes. If the new proposed date is not suitable, simply contact us with your order number and we will work out a solution.
