You will receive further tracking information on the day of the delivery that will include live ETA information, mapping for the vehicle, your position in the delivery itinerary along with driver contact details.
**Deliveries will take place between 6:30am - 9:30pm unless by prior arrangement**
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ETA IS A GUIDE ONLY AND MAY FLUCTUATE DUE TO TRAFFIC OR OTHER FACTORS THE DRIVER MAY ENCOUNTER THROUGHOUT THE DAY**
There will be 1 driver present. Please ensure assistance is available for heavy items. A reattendance fee will be charged if the driver is unable to load/unload due to there being no assistance available.
It is possible to Upgrade your delivery to a 2-man delivery and enjoy a hassle free delivery where our dedicated team will take care of delivering your item.
Should you be expecting a Sofa, a Bed or a mattress, please do not dispose of your old items until your delivery is complete. Our drivers can cover up to 500 miles per day. As we cover the entire country, there could be several issues that may arise when trying to deliver your item.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR ITEM ON DELIVERY. The driver will photograph the item and ask for the recipients name and signature. In signing for the delivery, you are accepting the item and UKLH Limited will accept no future claims for damage.

Every effort will be made to deliver on the day but there may be issues that arise that are beyond our control,
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and the risks that are posed to our staff, we are operating a 1-person delivery service only at present.
Our drivers complete an average of 375 miles per day, visiting multiple addresses throughout the country. Therefore, in the interests of their safety and yours, we are only operating a ground floor delivery service.
The drivers will not enter your home and will aim to deliver the item to your front door only.
For large / heavy items where assistance is required, we would ask that you take all reasonable precautions for the drivers wellbeing as well as your own. This will include maintaining adequate social distance whenever possible and using PPE.
SHOULD YOU OR ANY MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 OR ARE SHOWING ANY SYMPTOMS, PLEASE INFORM US IMMEDIATELY.
We are happy to rearrange any delivery to maintain a safe working environment for our drivers. In the event a driver does attend your address and we are unable to deliver due to a positive COVID-19 test or symptoms, we will apply a reattendance fee.
