W offer transport only on The Rustic Table Company items. As per the policy set by The Rustic Table Company, unless otherwise arranged, delivery will be made by 1-man.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure the item can be offloaded from the vehicle.
This means that all recipients must ensure there are at least 1 person is available on site to accept the delivery. As items are heavy, you should ensure adequate manpower is available to assist with offloading.
Tracking details will be issued on the day of delivery. These will provide a delivery window for when the driver will arrive.
The driver will contact the recipient prior to their arrival.
The recipient must ensure that there are enough people on site to accept the delivery.
The driver will allow 15 minutes to offload the item. The driver will make every attempt to ensure the vehicle is in a suitable location to assist in offloading. This will only be done where the vehicle can be parked safely and legally.
In the event that there are not enough people on site to offload the item, a redelivery charge of £100+VAT will be applied.
